We are having some beautiful weather in North Carolina.
So yesterday I took my kids to the cliffs of the neuse.
There are lots of trails, swimming, camping and picnic areas.

Some leaves starting to turn.
We had a picnic and walked a few of the trails.
Reagan loved it. She ran around the whole time.
Too bad that didn't wear her out LOL
I think I'll take them back in a couple weeks once the leaves start to turn.

This looks like so much fun! We were just talking today about how we'd love to go hiking soon. Perfect time of year! I had to look up the Cliffs of Neuse to see where it was. (My family lives near Burlington). How nice to have such a lovely place so close to your home!

Such fun. Fresh air, beautiful fall leaves, trails to explore. We used to love to do this kind of stuff with the kids. Glad you are carrying on the tradition. I went on most of the trips, but Pops made a few too. I miss you all. Love mimi
