New mirror in entry and ready for fall!!

Heres what our entry looked like before with the "old" mirror.

Now with the new mirror.
It was a birthday gift and I LOVE it!!!
Should I add anything to the sides ???
(I can't move it over because our stairs are right there)

I'll be painting the dresser soon.
(My Kitty is hiding under)
The Mackenzie Childs pitcher was an anniversary gift from my husband.
Soon I will be on the lookout for new curtains and I will hang them up to the ceiling.

Next I started adding some fall!

Close up.

Then I changed it up a little more.

Lit my yummy smelling candle.

Are you welcoming fall?

So what do you think of the new mirror?
How about my fall vignette?
I'll probably play with it some more this weekend.

Its been rainy and COOl all day. YAY!!!
Yall have a good weekend!
Michele

Edited to add I found the mirror at Carolina Pottery. They have a website but it appears you can't order anything. There are locations in TN, SC and NC.

  1. Love that mirror, Michele! Maybe put something on the walls beside the mirror, but nothing too big. That mirror is so great by itself though on 2nd thought...

  15. I love your new mirror, and I wouldn't add anything beside it. It's so beautiful that it needs to stand alone. Love all your fall touches, and I have a yellow tabby that looks almost like yours!

  16. Hi Michelle, I just love the new mirror and the Autumn vignette you've created is just gorgeous. And I've noticed that you have your tassel hanging on the knob. I wouldn't add anything to the side of the mirror, it's just too pretty and you don't want to take away from it!

  18. Hi Michele, thanks for stopping by my site this morning. You are so sweet with your comments. I was just noticing, on this post, your lamp on the table. It's almost exactly like the one I posted today. Too funny! Have a good day!!

  19. Well, I've read other comments that already say what I was going to say which is that you have the same mirror as my sister. Ha! That's a good thing though! You'll enjoy it no matter where you use it in your home. I love how you styled the chest in your foyer. Looks like you're moving right along with your seasonal decorating.

  20. Love your mirror, makes it looks so much bigger, grander and fall colors just pop! Oh Tennessee is still green, it's hard to get into fall when we aren't changing yet!
Beautifull, and I love the idea of the curtains being hung at the ceiling!!

  23. Michele I am drooling over your new mirror. It looks beautiful in your entry. It's very classy and "stylin". Love it all.

Your kitties are precious! I didn't realize you also had an orange kitty like our Chestnut.

  24. Do you have a paypal acct? That's the safest way to send money. Also, if you want to make sure they get the item you can always get a delivery confirmation/tracking number when you ship it at the post office. I only sent it on 1 of my items because one buyer requested it.

You should try it! I did pretty good!

  25. Dang! Well, I do noticed that when people would pay me it would say verified acct and I had a couple that said un verrified acct. Weird?

I would try again and hope for the best and make sure you put in the description NO SCAMMERS! Seriously!

  29. What a beautiful mirror! I've seen the signs for Carolina Pottery but I've never been able to stop. May have to make a point next time we're in NC! Hope you're having a wonderful week!

  30. I love your entry way display. The mirror is fabulous and I love the table it sits on. Has a nice worn look to it. My favorite pieces you have are the rooster lamp and the small framed painting that was on the easel. Everything comes together so nicely.
